It is Foundry Networks worldwide policy to comply with U.S. law that prohibits any improper or unethical payments to government officials anywhere in the world. One of those laws is the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA"), which prohibits all U.S. companies and persons from offering, promising, paying anything of value to any foreign official to influence that official in the performance of his or her official duties.
