Training FAQs

What are the steps in registering for a training class?

  • Select classes from Schedule / Register page
  • Shopping Cart – Add training classes to shopping cart
  • Login or Register for a account of you don't have one already
  • Verify Account Info – Make sure your information is correct
  • Payment Method – Pay with voucher and/or credit card
  • Student Info – If Available, Input student's information
    (Person that registers maybe different than student attending)
  • Order Complete – Print receipt

How do I cancel a class?

  • Login by selecting the "My Account" button
  • Under My Orders, click the Go button
  • Click the link next to the class you need to cancel
  • Enter any comments
  • Select weather you want a voucher or a full refund to your credit card (depends on your status and method of payment)
  • Click Cancel this Class
  • The Training Admin will contact you on the status of your class

NOTE: Charges may apply if canceled within 2 weeks of the class. There is no cancellation fee if the reserved seat on the course is cancelled at least 2 weeks before the course start date. If the cancellation is less than 2 weeks before the course start date, then a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. Failure to appear for class will result in the full fee remaining payable. Students must attend each day of class to complete the course. There is no charge for rescheduling at least 1 week before the registered course start date. A rescheduling fee of $100 will be charged for rescheduling less than 1 week before the registered course start date.

How do I reschedule a class?

  • Login by selecting the "My Account" button
  • Under My Orders, click the Go button
  • Click the link next to the class you need to cancel
  • Enter any comments
  • Select "Send {Your email address} a training voucher so I can reschedule at my convenience"
  • Click Cancel this Class
  • The Training Admin will send you a voucher so you can reschedule at your convince.

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account allows you to track and report on the Foundry delivered classes you've attended. It will also ensure that you will have access to the features and tools added to this site. You will be notified when new classes are available or special discount incentives are offered.

How do I check my status of my class?

How do I print out my receipt again?

You can check your email, the receipt is emailed to the account's email address.

  • You can also go to the website...
  • Login by selecting the "My Account" button
  • Under My Orders click the Go button
  • Click the link next to the class you need to print the receipt
  • Click the "Print Receipt" link and it will bring you to the receipt for this class and other classes on the same invoice

How do I check the balance of my Voucher?

NOTE: Please check your email for the Issue Info and Training Voucher

We have a staff of certified instructors. We also have Authorized Training Partners with certified instructors whom we have trained and team taught with to ensure our customers receive the value and quality they expect from Foundry Networks.
